Intro to Computers
The Portageville Southern TCRC located in the Delta Center will be offering Intro to Computers and Internet Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. This great opportunity for the Bootheel region is occurring because of a grant awarded by WIRED (Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development) to the Southern TCRC. Anyone in surrounding communities can take advantage of this opportunity to sharpen your computer skills. The sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You must call or email to register. It is first come first serve. $10 fee for each week. The City of Sikeston will be holding a raffle for St. Louis Cardinals tickets and 150th Sesquicentennial merchandise to benefit the Kenny Rogers Children's Center. Tickets are $5 each and the raffle will be held during the KRCC Telethon.

Concordia Lutheran Schools Events
Sikeston-Concordia Lutheran School will kick-off National Lutheran Schools Week with an Open House on Sunday, March 7, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Everyone who is interested in Christian Preschool, Prekindergarten, or Kindergarten is invited to attend. 35th Annual High School Student Art Show
The Sikeston Depot Museum is proud to announce the opening of the 35th Annual High School Student Art Show. The exhibit features 176 pieces of art from a dozen area high schools…Kelly, East Prairie, New Madrid County Central, Scott County Central, Dexter, Notre Dame, Jackson, Oran, Saxony Lutheran, Poplar Bluff, Malden, and Sikeston. The exhibit is now open and will run through April 30.

Community Christmas Sing-a-long
The Community Betterment Association invites you to attend the Community Christmas Carol Sing-Along on Sunday, December 20th. The program will include the singing of favorite carols by the congregation, a choir of volunteer singers, and an orchestra. This year's presentation will be accompanied and directed by Sikeston native, Harry Howard MME, playing the majestic pipe organ. The program will also feature well known soloists and will include the reading of the history of each carol. The Finale will be the singing of the well known Hallelujah Chorus, from Handel's MESSIAH by the choir, congregation and musicians.
