Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo Parade Parade floats will line up at 9:00 am in the Depot parking lot. Floats will be judged; 1st place prize-$300 2nd place-$200. The parade will go from the Depot, down New Madrid St. to North Kingshighway, turning right on Salcedo and continuing straight to Ingram Rd, turning left on Ingram to Rodeo Grounds. Following the parade will be community day activites in front of the ticket office including hotdogs, pony rides, dunking booth, clowns. The Rodeo novelties stand will also be open during community day. |

Community Christmas Sing-a-long The Community Betterment Association invites you to attend the Community Christmas Carol Sing-Along on Sunday, December 20th. The program will include the singing of favorite carols by the congregation, a choir of volunteer singers, and an orchestra. This year's presentation will be accompanied and directed by Sikeston native, Harry Howard MME, playing the majestic pipe organ. The program will also feature well known soloists and will include the reading of the history of each carol. The Finale will be the singing of the well known Hallelujah Chorus, from Handel's MESSIAH by the choir, congregation and musicians. |
