The Redneck Barbecue is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society and will follow KCBS rules.
   

Teams will compete in the following categories: Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Pork shoulder or Boston Butt and Chicken. Total prizes paid out will be $3600. Prizes awarded for Grand Champion Reserve and Reserve Grand and 1st-5th place in each category. Ribbons will be awarded for 6-10th place.

We will also have our famous "Wuzzat" contest Friday night. This is a free competition and all our teams are welcome to compete. Anything from pheasant under glass to mystery meat is acceptable. Prize information will be posted soon!

Other activities available include family entertainment, kids’ games, music and great food!
