Sikeston is located 142 miles south of St. Louis, Missouri and 143 miles north of Memphis, Tennessee in the heart of America. It is strategically located at the intersection of Interstates 55 and 57 along with U.S. Highways 60 and 61. Just 20 miles away lies the confluence of the Mississippi and Ohio rivers. Most major U.S. markets could be accessed in one or two days.

River Port Access

Sikeston has two nearby ports. The Port of New Madrid is located on the upper/lower Mississippi River at Mile 885. It is accessible by barge, rail and truck and one mile off of Interstate 55.
Semo Port in Scott County is midway between St. Louis and Memphis on the Mississippi River. It is accessible by Union Pacific, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, river, pipeline and highway. It is the northern most ice free port on the Mississippi.

Sikeston Memorial Airport
Sikeston Memorial Airport recently completed a remodel of the FBO building and 5,500 ft. runway In 2017. Ramp is accessible from the runway.

Regional Airport - Scott County
Located 22 miles north of Sikeston, the Cape Girardeau, Regional Airport is located in Scott County. Jet service through SkyWest is provided directly to Chicago’s O’Hare airport with daily service. Four flights are offered M-F and one on Saturday and Sunday.

Lambert International Airport - St. Louis
Located just 135 miles north of Sikeston, Lambert International Airport is a world-class facility serving more than 20 million passengers a year. Non-stop service is available through Southwest, Delta, United, American and Frontier.

Memphis International Airport
Memphis International is located 150 miles from Sikeston. It services more than 4 million passengers per year. Non-stop service through Southwest, American, Delta, United and Allegiant. For 22 years in a row, Memphis International has been North America’s busiest air cargo airport.
